What Has Your Story Told You?

We all have a story and we all have been told a story. I believe it is a matter of trying to understand our story and how it has affected our life. We all deal with difficult issues that life throws at us on a daily basis. It is my goal and passion to help people and couples through their trauma to live a better and healthier life. I am passionate about helping people through the tough and confusing times in their daily lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in trauma recovery, sexual abuse recovery, addictions, depression and anxiety. I also come from a family with military experience and it is my desire to work with Individuals, Couples, Teens, Adults, and Veterans and their families.

It is my Passion to help you through these hard times. I believe the personal connection that is created though the process of therapy can and will aide in the healing process. I strive to connect as deeply as possible with you as we walk this journey of healing together.
